Tiara Brown is credentialed by Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, Pritzker School of Law, the U.S.A. Track and Field Association (USATF), and the U.S. Army in adult education, public speaking, and coaching. She has provided more than 300 one-on-one speech coaching calls with clients ranging from emerging music artists on interview stages to c-suite executives giving billion-dollar boardroom briefings. Tiara earned her Developmental Coaching certification through the U.S.A.T.F. at the Colorado Springs, CO Olympic Training Center during undergraduate school, confirming her desire to lead and develop others.
Tiara demonstrates her passion through social platforms while keeping her finger on the pulse of the music law playing field. She is a business advisor to world-renowned music producer, Zaytoven and his Muzic Money Team – an artist and producer development and mentorship community. Tiara helps musicians confidently earn money from their craft by providing coaching, admin and logistics checklists for emerging artists/producers, and reviewing contract terms in one-on-one sessions.
Tiara obtained her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration at Northwestern University in 2024, serving as a teacher's assistant to the Kellogg School of Management’s Executive Presentations Course for 4 semesters and coaching companies off-campus while pursuing her degrees. She built a contract drafting and management company (Orsea & Cathy Legal) to enhance emerging and rising musicians’ experiences with attorneys. Tiara further reinforces her stewardship to the music industry by leading Public Speaking and Negotiation Tactics Courses on the Skool and Whop platforms.
Prior to her enrollment at Northwestern University, Tiara was an Apache helicopter pilot, Army officer, instructor, then academics director for 8 years. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh with Bachelor of Science degrees in Sport and Recreation Management and Business Management, and a minor in Coaching.
